The idea for the student property business started when Adam Phillips
studied at The University of Birmingham. He approached Bert and
Mark and together they formed a partnership with the objective
of providing good student accommodation which was to a high standard.
This has been achieved due to their own maintenance team which

that may arise with the properties are dealt with
efficiently and with minimal disruption to the
